Great Days in the Snow

What a week - many awesome days and all SUNNY and WARM! We did our best to find the snow with fewest tracks, the reward was great riding and fellowship.

Bread and the common man

Its not that bread is only tasty and wholesome, its also an activity for family fun. I ordered a bread maker using my airmiles - all those times at safeway, shell and the liquor mart actually paid off in the form of this cuisinart SS dream machine.

We make about 4 loaves a week; I am only a beginner in this form of chemisty and can forsee becoming a master in time. My bro has agreed to share some of his elven tricks to bread baking - but he continues to hoard his secrets!

In the wake of the world news about further domination stories from Microsoft - Yahoo sharholders are about to decide how to split a mere $44.6 Billion.

In the OMatthes world we are aspiring change in more modest arenas : Bread Making and Floors.

We decided to rip out the soggy carpet and put down the floor we originally bought for the cabin, it was a fun little home reno project and we had some great help.
